In a vision, Beldeine serves as Egwene's Keeper, leading her to the Hall of the Tower. In reality, she is found weeping in Egwene's study, having been stilled and coerced into Black Ajah service by Elaida, and reveals that Rand has been taken to the Traitor's Court.
