Chapter 9 - Wolf Dreams
Summary
Perrin consults Moiraine regarding his transformation into Young Bull, learning that his wolf connection links him to a dangerous world of dreams, though she refuses to shield him, stating she already has a Warder and cannot take another. Later, Perrin dreams of a shadowy hallway where he encounters Hopper and a strange man who is killed by a shadow, waking up covered in blood. Simultaneously, Rand hides in the mountains from pursuing dogs, uses the One Power to destroy one, and resolves to reach Tear to find answers about his identity.
