Chapter 27 - Shelter From the Storm

Elyas refuses to sit on logs, eats pie, and cryptically insists on waiting before leaving despite Perrin's urging. He confronts Perrin after the nightmare, confirms the wolves shared the vision of fire and pain, and leads the group out of camp, participating in the farewell song despite his disbelief.

Chapter 29 - Eyes Without Pity

Elyas drives the group forward with relentless pace to evade the ravens, using his knowledge of the land to guide them to the stedding. He reveals the monument as Artur Hawkwing's Eye and recounts the history of the High King and the lost city.

エリアスが池のそばに現れ、ペリンの表情を読み取って危険を警告した後、一行が隠れるよう促す。彼はペリンとエグウェンを隠れるよう指示し、影の中に消えて狼たちと戦う。その後、ペリンは彼が戦場にいることを感じ取るが、戦闘が終結した時点で彼の行方は不明となり、ペリンは彼らが死亡したか、自分を見捨てたのかと思うことになる。
