Siuan paces her study, anxious over Verin's delayed arrival, before receiving her to hear reports on the Dragon Reborn and the Horn of Valere. She reacts with relief to news of Rand al'Thor and the death of false Dragons, hides the Horn from others, and sternly interrogates Verin about the actions of the runaway sisters.
Chapter 13 - Punishments

She announces their punishment of public scrubbing and promotion to Accepted, reveals Queen Morgase’s desire to recall Elayne, and privately indicates that Nynaeve and Egwene face further unpleasantness.
