Chapter 13 - Punishments

Siuan Sanche sits behind her table, examining papers and coldly interrogating the three women. She reveals the truth about Liandrin’s Black Ajah activities and steals, assigns Egwene and Elayne to the Accepted rank, and orders all three to work in the kitchens as punishment, while firmly refusing to let Elayne return to Andor prematurely.
Chapter 14 - The Bite of the Thorns

Siuan confides in Egwene and Nynaeve about the severity of the Black Ajah thefts and murders, revealing her isolation and hesitation regarding whom to trust. She tasks the two Accepted with hunting the remaining traitors, providing them with sealed warrants of authority and promising updates on Mat's condition before ordering them to leave.
Chapter 18 - Healing

Siuan Sanche stands at the head of the table, melding the flows of ten Aes Sedai and wielding a sa'angreal to perform the difficult Healing. She focuses the power to break the dagger's bond, watching Mat's struggle with a hoarse determination. After the dagger is removed, she informs the women that Mat is stable and dismisses them to their punishments.
Chapter 20 - Visitations

Siuan enters Mat's room with Leane, sharply curtailing his attempts to leave and revealing that his name and description have been sent to the guards. She forces him to acknowledge his link to the Horn of Valere, explaining that he is being kept in Tar Valon to prevent Darkfriends from seizing the horn and to ensure he remains healthy enough to sound it when needed.
Chapter 23 - Sealed

The Amyrlin Seat completes Egwene's induction, handing her the Great Serpent ring, and immediately interrogates the sisters about the ter’angreal anomaly. She dismisses Alanna’s request to work in the kitchens as undignified, citing the potential for ridicule and reflection on the Tower, and dismisses Egwene with sharp warnings about her duties and the papers she carries.
Chapter 29 - A Trap to Spring
