Renna, a sul'dam, monitors Egwene's training and enters her cell after detecting unauthorized channeling. She asserts her authority by wearing the bracelet, punishing Egwene with severe discipline, renaming her 'Tuli', and dismissing Min before vowing to ensure Egwene believes in her obedience.

Chapter 46 - To Come Out of the Shadow

Renna enters the room where the women are hiding and is surprised to find Egwene uncollared. She is tackled by Egwene, collared herself, and left bound in the room by the rescuers.
