Ingtar escorts the group through the fortress to Lord Agelmar’s study. He brings news of a strange stranger entering the city and later introduces the captured Padan Fain.

Chapter 48 - The Blight

Ingtar leads his hundred lances to the borderpost where he halts, apologizing to Moiraine and the group for his inability to escort them further. He departs for Tarwin's Gap with his men, looking disgruntled at being commanded to stop.

Chapter 53 - The Wheel Turns

Ingtar greets Lan with a grim expression before apologizing for his grief. He brings Moiraine to Agelmar's study and stands by as she addresses the Lord.
