Hurin rides with the group, using his senses to detect tracks and warn of trouble. He attempts to draw his sword when confronted by the Whitecloaks but is restrained by Verin, showing fear and reluctance to fight Aes Sedai.

Chapter 11 - Tar Valon

Hurin — aliases: A man from Shienar (Um homem de Shienar)

Hurin chega à Torre Branca com o grupo, mas recusa-se a descansar, insistindo em retornar a Shienar para avisar o Rei Easar e o Senhor Agelmar sobre o renascimento de Rand al'Thor. Ele parte apressadamente, prometendo que qualquer convocação a Fal Dara seria atendida, antes de desaparecer na distância.
