A dark-haired, sturdily handsome woman in a black silk gown who appears at the inn claiming to know Elayne and Nynaeve. She channels the One Power with a visible glow, compels Nynaeve and Elayne to answer her questions truthfully and forget the encounter, and departs without revealing her name, leaving the two women with only a vague memory of a 'nice woman' who had tea with them.
