- Faile — Faile tends to Perrin's wound, forcefully preventing him from riding into the mountains, and accompanies him to Emond's Field where she interacts with the locals.
- Ila — Ila treats Perrin's arrow wound in the wagon, helps dress him, and reinforces the Tuatha'an philosophy of accepting fate alongside Raen's words before he departs.
- Raen (Mahdi) — Raen, the leader of the Tuatha'an, declines Perrin's offer to seek safety in Emond's Field, explaining that their Way of the Leaf requires them to remain ever-wandering, and bids his people farewell.
