Paetram — aliases: merchant, fork-bearded fellow

Paetram, a Kandori master merchant with a forked yellow beard and a ruby earring, speaks loudly in the tavern about Logain and Maseem. He attempts to bribe Mat with tobacco when Mat questions him about the Whitecloaks, and later complains to his companions that Mat might have cut his throat.
