Rhiale — aliases: a Wise One

Rhiale, a flame-haired Wise One, accompanies Sevanna and is distressed by the presence of opposing Wise Ones fighting for the Aes Sedai. She warns Sevanna that wetlanders and 'Spears of the Dragon' have attacked from the south and urges the Wise Ones to flee when the Shaido panic, arguing that staying means death or enslavement.

Chapter 20 - Patterns Within Patterns

Rhiale stands with Sevanna and the other Wise Ones, displaying defiance and skepticism toward the plan to rely on a wetlander. She voices reluctant agreement to the plan, questions the wisdom of waiting for Caddar, and glares at Maisia, remaining wary of the situation and the Aes Sedai influence she perceives.

Rhiale stands beside Sevanna, observing Galina's humiliation and expressing surprise that Galina condemned herself by admitting to killing Desaine. She questions the wisdom of Sevanna's plan to break Galina so slowly.
