Eamon Valda — aliases: a Lord Captain

Eamon Valda enters the room after Niall's assassination and kills Omerna, declaring it treason. He takes control of the Fortress of the Light, dismissing the need for immediate law enforcement in favor of political consolidation. He asserts authority over the Hand of the Light and Morgase, intending to use the Queen for the conquest of Andor.
