Garenia — aliases: Saldaean, merchant

Garenia, a stout woman with dark tilted eyes and a strong connection to the Source, barges into the room and is identified as being able to channel. She helps hold Elayne's shield and expresses disgust at the idea of the women being Aes Sedai. She is commanded by Berowin to apologize for her harsh words and subsequently mumbles an apology to Nynaeve.

Garenia, a stout woman with a red belt, makes a faint sound and slides from her chair in shock upon seeing the Aes Sedai, remaining on the floor in fear.
