Efalin — aliases: a Maiden of the Spear

Efalin stands with a group of men and Maidens watching the events at Dumai's Wells. She suspects that Sevanna intends to bypass traditional methods for naming clan chiefs and voices her suspicions only to Sevanna. Rhiale attempts to reason with Sevanna during the retreat, urging her to flee to avoid ending up chained to Rand al'Thor's tent, but is rebuffed.
