Graendal follows Sammael in disguise as Maisia, maintaining a barrier and listening to the Wise Ones' negotiation. She challenges Sammael's intentions and expresses disgust at being called Maisia, but accepts the title of Nae'blis to stay his hand, following him through a gateway after he departs.
