A scrawny, complaining villager who attempts to meddle in Women's Circle business by complaining about Wisdom Nynaeve. He is silenced by his formidable wife, Daise, and then leaves the conversation.
Chapter 3 - The Peddler
Wit — aliases: Wit Congar
Wit Congar shouts his desire to buy pins and refuses to be silenced by the Mayor. He later stares into Fain's abandoned wagon. Mat relates a story about Old Bil Congar naming the Dark One, which Nynaeve later scolds him for.
