A narrow-faced crewman of the Spray who tries to blame Rand for injuring him and accuses him of being a Darkfriend. He is dismissed by Captain Domon after lying about securing the boom.
Chapter 24 - Flight Down the Arinelle

Floran Gelb leads the crew's suspicion against the youths, arguing that they brought the Trollocs. He is isolated by the crew for his bluster, relegated to filthy tasks, and watches the boys with murderous intent while they work.
Chapter 26 - Whitebridge
Floran Gelb — aliases: Gelb
Gelb is dismissed from the Spray by Domon and lands on the dock with hatred for Rand. Later in the inn, he sits on the other side of the wall, loudly claiming to the other patrons that Rand, Mat, and Thom are Darkfriends connected to Trollocs, attempting to turn the townspeople against them.
