Aldieb is Moiraine's white mare. She is ridden by Moiraine into Baerlon. Her presence helps persuade the gatekeeper Avin to open the gates quickly. She is led into the stableyard by Moiraine.

Aldieb is Moiraine's white mare. She is ridden by Moiraine out of the city, dances sideways in frustration when the inn burns, and is tucked with Moiraine's staff under her girth strap.
Chapter 18 - The Caemlyn Road
Aldieb
Moiraine's white mare is ridden into battle, carries Moiraine while she uses her power, and is later dragged by the reins as the group hides in the city.
