Vilnar Barada leads a Saldaean mounted patrol through Caemlyn and blocks the Whitebridge Gate to prevent Perrin's large group from entering. He enforces Lord Bashere's orders regarding the limit of armed men and servants, escorting Perrin and Faile into the palace after they comply.
