Uno is seen in the street, now wearing golden braid as an officer training heavy cavalry. He pauses from flaying a soldier to direct a grimace at Nynaeve before returning to his duties.

Uno rides through the crowd on horseback, wearing steel armor, and is later revealed to have been ordered by Birgitte to deny horses to Nynaeve and Elayne if they attempt to flee.
