Esprime sollievo per la rimozione dei falsi Draghi e ascolta mentre Verin rivela la posizione del Corno di Valere e le condizioni critiche di Matrim Cauthon. Siuan ordina di nascondere il Corno, minimizza la minaccia dei Seanchan e richiede un rapporto completo sulle sorelle fuggitive.

Chapter 13 - Punishments

Chapter 14 - The Bite of the Thorns

Siuan confides in Egwene and Nynaeve about the severity of the Black Ajah thefts and murders, revealing her isolation and hesitation regarding whom to trust. She tasks the two Accepted with hunting the remaining traitors, providing them with sealed warrants of authority and promising updates on Mat's condition before ordering them to leave.

Chapter 18 - Healing

Siuan Sanche stands at the head of the table, melding the flows of ten Aes Sedai and wielding a sa'angreal to perform the difficult Healing. She focuses the power to break the dagger's bond, watching Mat's struggle with a hoarse determination. After the dagger is removed, she informs the women that Mat is stable and dismisses them to their punishments.

Chapter 20 - Visitations

Siuan entra nella stanza di Mat insieme a Leane, limitando bruscamente i suoi tentativi di andarsene e rivelando che il suo nome e la sua descrizione sono stati inviati alle guardie. Lo costringe ad ammettere il suo legame con la Corna di Valere, spiegando che viene tenuto a Tar Valon per impedire ai servitori dell'Oscurità di impossessarsi della corna e per assicurarsi che rimanga in salute sufficiente per suonarla quando necessario.

Chapter 23 - Sealed

Chapter 29 - A Trap to Spring

Siuan storms into the kitchen to terrorize the staff into submission, then privately reveals to Nynaeve that she sent no message and that Else Grinwell was sent away on a trading vessel. She authorizes their escape, provides gold, explains the political significance of Callandor to the High Lords of Tear, and praises Laras to maintain appearances.
