Chapter 12 - The Amyrlin Seat

Leane — aliases: Keeper (Custode), Keeper of the Chronicles (Custode delle Cronache)

Leane entra nello studio di Siuan per annunciare la presenza di Verin e chiede il permesso di lasciarle parlare. Dopo che Siuan acconsente alla richiesta e la congeda, Leane si inchina ed esce dalla stanza.

Leane Sedai attende nell'anticamera, valutando severamente le donne prima di ammetterle da Siuan. Rimane accanto a Siuan durante l'interrogatorio e accompagna Elayne fuori al termine dell'udienza.

Leane si trova ai piedi di Mat durante la Guarigione. Fiuta rumorosamente quando Mat chiama le Aes Sedai 'carne' nella sua personalità della vita precedente, mentre alcune delle altre Aes Sedai mormorano rabbiosamente tra sé.

Leane accompanies Siuan Sanche into Mat's room, observing his condition and reporting that he has eaten all his food. She later receives orders to bring Mat a piece of pie and something for his throat before departing with the meal.
