Therava confronts Sevanna regarding her secret actions and takes control of Galina Casban's interrogation, forcing her to swear an oath on the Oath Rod. She asserts her authority over the Wise Ones, advises Sevanna to move north while subtly threatening her, and then leads Galina away to serve as a gai'shain.
