Duranda Tharne is the large, red-haired owner of the Nine Horse Hitch inn. She acts as an eyes-and-ears for the Blue Ajah, tricking Siuan into revealing her identity by forcing her to expose her legs, and then publicly humiliates her by loudly recounting the encounter to the patrons.
