Ragan joins Nynaeve and Uno in the alley, delivers Nynaeve to Masema, and later helps Uno explain the history of Ghealdan's rulers and Masema's severity to Nynaeve as they leave the house.

Chapter 40 - The Wheel Weaves

Ragan stands with Uno to block Galad, then accepts Nynaeve's command to follow her. He questions her about her stomach after Uno's comment and later travels with the group, agreeing with Uno that they will ride with her to Tear or wherever she is going.

Chapter 49 - To Boannda

Ragan accompanies Uno and his men on the Riverserpent and later disembarks with the group, following Nynaeve’s orders to clear the path to Salidar.
