A yellow-haired man in his middle years who identifies himself as a Seeker for Truth by displaying a gold-edged ivory plaque with a raven and tower. He breaks into Bethamin's room, reveals knowledge of her investigation into Egeanin, and orders her to renew contact with Egeanin to track her activities.
