A High Lord of Tear who patrols the upper corridors with bodyguards, displaying fear and discomfort in the presence of Perrin before aggressively approaching Berelain and retreating upon being watched.

Chapter 21 - Into the Heart

Torean — aliases: High Lord Torean

High Lord Torean is ordered to finance the army and accompany it to Cairhien. He appears plain-faced and struggles to stand under the pressure of Rand's command, later being helped by his son Estean as Rand departs.
