Tomas travels with the group, riding a ferocious-eyed gray horse and keeping a watchful, hard-faced stare on the surroundings. At the farm, he remains on high alert, ignoring the crowd's curiosity about his sword, and tells Jac al'Seen that he goes where his Aes Sedai companion tells him to go.
