Juilin waits at the inn and reports that the women Elayne and Nynaeve are hunting have left their safehouse. He is berated by Nynaeve for his boldness and then stalks off indignantly after bowing to her command.

Juilin enters to report that he also saw the Black Ajah sisters at the Panarch's Palace, confirming Domon's findings. He argues to go investigate a lead on Amathera that night but is ordered by Nynaeve to stand guard at the door instead.
