Dobraine strides onto the dais and formally censures Colavaere of treason under the Light. He assists Rand in determining the penalty by confirming the existence of Colavaere's abandoned farms near the Dragonwall.

Dobraine remains on the dais with the unconscious Colavaere, rejecting Faile's indirect suggestion to kill her and explaining the fealty oath Rand secured from the Aes Sedai.

Dobraine leads the armed escort and banners for Rand's procession. He boards the longboat and stands on the deck of White Spray, observing the proceedings as a figure of show rather than a participant in the negotiation.
