Chapter 41 - Among the Tuatha’an

Raen — aliases: Seeker, Mahdi (Mahdi)

Raen, a wiry, gray-haired Tinker leader, welcomes Perrin and his group to the camp with ritual phrases. He explains the Tuatha'an philosophy regarding violence and the search for the song. Ihvon and others assist in carrying the wounded Perrin into Raen's wagon, where Raen is later dismissed by his wife.

Raen, le chef des Tanneurs, offre à Perrin un festé d'adieu et décline poliment l'offre de s'installer à Emond's Field, invoquant la nécessité pour les Tanneurs de se déplacer pour des raisons de sécurité et leur attachement à la Voie de la Feuille.
