Muradin walks ahead of Rand within the ter'angreal's columns, stiff and statue-still, staring with wide eyes and a tightening face before breaking into a snarl as he is consumed by his vision.

Chapter 26 - The Dedicated

Muradin accompanies Rand through the ter'angreal, suffering intensely from his own visions. He clamps a veil over his face, leaving deep bloody scratches on his own skin, and chews at his veil with bloody froth dripping from his mouth, appearing terrified and catatonic.
