Liandrin appears to Jaichim Carridin in the Children's headquarters, revealing herself as Black Ajah and using the One Power to force him to surrender the Panarch's Palace to them. She then meets with fellow Black Ajah sisters Eldrith Jhondar, Marillin Gemalphin, Jeaine Caide, Asne Zeramene, and Rianna Andomeran to discuss their plans.
