Chapter 35 - Ripped Away

Chapter 36 - A New Name

Birgitte travels as part of the group on the Riverserpent, defending the women against Neres’s misogyny and helping to maintain order. She comforts a terrified Nynaeve after a distressing dream session, advising her on how to face Moghedien. She resumes using her true name and helps Nynaeve and Elayne in their dreamwalking excursions.

Chapter 50 - To Teach, and Learn

Birgitte attempts to amuse children in the common room and greets Nynaeve and Elayne by asking what they told the Aes Sedai. She is ordered by Siuan to find lodging with another woman, showing her compliance with the Aes Sedai's authority while maintaining her protective distance from the political intrigue.

Chapter 54 - To Caemlyn

Birgitte intervenes to save Nynaeve from Moghedien, only to be captured and forced into the form of a child. She restores herself after Nynaeve binds the Forsaken, then vanishes from the dream.
