Berelain enters the room unannounced, carrying Rand's sword and belt. She reveals that she received numerous visits from Aes Sedai advising her to leave, and provides proof that Colavaere poisoned Maringil. She smells of determination and hunter-like resolve, urging the group to act to save Rand.
