Harnan stands by Mat, reporting rumors of a fog in the Rahad and warning Mat about people disappearing or being eaten within it. He is ordered to wait in the common room and catch Thom or Juilin if they arrive.

Chapter 28 - Bread and Cheese

Harnan joins Mat on the bench and later brings Wat, an Andoran, to watch the house alongside the group.

Chapter 38 - Six Stories

Harnan guards the back entrance of the building, is wounded in a fight with the attacker's henchmen, and is healed by Nynaeve.
