Gallenne watches Bethal through a looking glass and calculates strategies. He rides with Berelain and Annoura to the town, ostensibly to serve as Annoura's Warder.

Chapter 10 - Changes

Gallenne — aliases: Lord, one-eyed man

Gallenne arrives with Berelain and Alliandre, serving as an observer. He watches the events with a smile of triumph and later identifies the scouts and prisoners. He claps Perrin on the shoulder and expresses admiration for Perrin's ability to secure the Queen's pledge.
