Rhuarc arrives with scouts and reports that escaped Aes Sedai are being hunted by men in green coats. He watches the dispute between Rand, Taim, and the Aes Sedai with a detached, fatalistic demeanor.

Chapter 3 - Hill of the Golden Dawn

Rhuarc arrives with the siswai'aman and Maidens, joining the group at the hilltop. He grimaces in despair at the news of the Shaido's wavering loyalty and later begins ordering his men as Rand departs.
