Jesus Vigil pilots the aircraft, maintaining a technical mindset, his past including drug running from Colombia and outrunning DEA planes a factor in his current work for Don Leoni. He shouts down the thugs during the standoff, warning them that shooting in the pressurized cabin will kill them all, and dives the plane toward thicker air.
