Myrelle is one of the six Aes Sedai accompanying Sheriam in Tel'aran'rhiod. She is irritated by the Aes Sedai's incompetence and is trapped in the nightmare cavern alongside the others. She escapes with the group, leaving her naked and covered in scratches.

Chapter 12 - Questions and Answers

Myrelle, present in the room, suggests simply sending a message or summoning 'her' rather than meeting formalities, adding to the discussion about their secret plans.

Chapter 29 - Fire and Spirit

Myrelle exits a meeting room with Sheriam, Morvrin, and Beonin, attempting to approach Nynaeve before the other Sitters restrain her from speaking to the Accepted.

Chapter 35 - In the Hall of the Sitters

Myrelle helps Egwene with her tight dress and assists in washing the Sitters' feet.

Chapter 36 - The Amyrlin Is Raised

Myrelle is mentioned by Sheriam as one of the advisors Sheriam and her circle will use to guide Egwene, though she does not appear in the room during this chapter.
