Demandred appears in Tel'aran'rhiod in the Grand Hall of Caemlyn, observing Elayne's actions from behind the columns. He notes her determination to intervene with Rand and her desire to bond him, acknowledging her as a thread in the Pattern before opening a gateway to leave.
