Siuan

Siuan, stilled and managing the Aes Sedai networks in Salidar, participates in the ter'angreal experiment, confirming she cannot channel but can sense the potential for restoration. She also reveals plans for an embassy to Caemlyn.

Chapter 7 - A Matter of Thought

Siuan

Siuan enters Tel'aran'rhiod disguised as a stilled woman and joins Elayne, Nynaeve, and Leane. She travels with the six Aes Sedai to Elaida's study in the dream to gather intelligence. When the nightmare traps Sheriam and the others, Siuan is pulled into the cavern and helps rally the women to escape, sustaining bruises in the process.

Chapter 15 - A Pile of Sand

Siuan

Siuan joins Elayne and Nynaeve, discusses the Aes Sedai politics with them, and reacts to Romanda's speech.

Chapter 30 - To Heal Again

Siuan

Siuan is healed by Nynaeve, weeping with joy at regaining saidar. She confronts Gareth Bryne, who refuses to accept her Aes Sedai status, and later visits Nynaeve and Elayne to discuss their weakened state and request further healing to improve their standing in the Tower hierarchy.

Chapter 34 - Journey to Salidar

Siuan / Siuan Sanche — aliases: Aes Sedai, young Aes Sedai

Siuan appears much younger and more delicate than before, wearing a yellow dress. She breaks into the discussion to harshly warn the group that Romanda will destroy them if they do not continue their plan, then meekly apologizes when met with cold stares.

Chapter 35 - In the Hall of the Sitters

Siuan is sent off to wake the other Sitters personally, grumbling at the task.

Chapter 36 - The Amyrlin Is Raised

Siuan

Siuan is announced to come later to teach Egwene about the etiquette of being Amyrlin, serving as a future instructor on the formalities of her office.

Chapter 37 - When Battle Begins

Siuan — aliases: Mother

Siuan enters Egwene's study, accepts the command to serve and advise the new Amyrlin, and engages in a dry exchange regarding etiquette and the Hall's politics. She later joins Lelaine, feigning compliance while subtly manipulating the Sitters' perceptions of Egwene's temper and intentions.

Chapter 44 - The Color of Trust

Siuan Sanche appears in Salidar with smooth ageless cheeks and the Great Serpent ring, indicating her restored status as an Aes Sedai. She confronts Mat with dry mockery, rejecting his offer to dance, and later is noted for her political acumen regarding the spy Vanin.
