Chapter 1 - High Chasaline

Aram squats nearby holding the reins of his horse, scowling at the naked Shaido gai'shain for their lack of decency. He whispers to Perrin, suggesting that the Aes Sedai should be killed to protect Rand, which Perrin sternly forbids.
Chapter 2 - The Butcher's Yard
Aram
Aram stands near Perrin, initially grinning at the view before gaping in shock at Kiruna, and later catches Stepper's reins from Perrin.
Chapter 3 - Hill of the Golden Dawn

Aram rides through the gateway behind Perrin and dismounts when ordered. He draws his sword with anticipation at the sight of the gathered forces and eagerly informs Perrin that fighting will occur upon reaching the city.
Chapter 4 - Into Cairhien
Aram
Aram rides close behind Perrin into Cairhien, matching his master's urgency. He enters the Sun Palace with the group and assists Perrin by easing his sword as they move through the entry hall.
Chapter 5 - A Broken Crown
Aram
Aram acts as Perrin's shadow, entering the palace and remaining close to his master. He stands among the group while Young Jahar watches the Aes Sedai Annoura like a hawk watching a rabbit.
Chapter 6 - Old Fear, and New Fear
Aram
Aram stands by Perrin and Faile, confirming to Faile that he saw the Aes Sedai swearing fealty, and later observes Colavaere with dark thoughts before being sent to gather the Two Rivers men.
Chapter 27 - To Be Alone
Aram
Aram follows Faile into the stables, heeling his own horse and riding after her when Perrin nods toward his wife. He growls at the sight of Perrin and Faile, and later hauls his gelding after Faile.
