Annoura sale de detrás del trono, revelándose como una Aes Sedai del Ajá Gris y asesora de Berelain. Presta testimonio contra Colavaere respecto a los asesinatos de Maringil y Meilan, señalando que Colavaere había empleado a los cazadores de ladrones para descubrir los crímenes, y luego acepta librarse de su condena guiando a Rand hacia Berelain.
