Chapter 30 - SABRINA
Summary
Sabrina, Kevin, and Bruce rush to the municipal jail to secure Tucker’s release after he is falsely accused of shoplifting and vandalism by a stranger at a local bar. Using her legal training, Sabrina pressures the shift supervisor into releasing him by threatening false imprisonment charges and demanding evidence that does not exist. Once freed, the couple confronts their recent communication breakdown; Tucker admits he has been hiding his feelings of neglect to avoid stressing Sabrina, while she acknowledges her assumption that he would voice his grievances. They agree to prioritize their relationship over career anxieties for the remainder of their honeymoon, postponing difficult life decisions until they return home, and reconcile with passionate intimacy before heading back to their villa.
