Chapter 5 - Among the Wise Ones

Egwene / Egwene al'Vere — aliases: Aes Sedai, the girl

Egwene washes with the help of a gai'shain named Cowinde and is summoned to the sweat tent, where she listens to the Wise Ones debate Rand al'Thor and Aviendha's fate. She is tasked with maintaining steam for the group and later learns of her punishment for tardiness, running fifty laps around the camp with Aviendha while discussing Rand's actions and Aiel customs.
